Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram sensation was born 15 August 1994 in the USA. Ashley hasn't spoken about her parents much, but she claims that her body-building father is what inspires her exercising. Ashley was active physically from a young age. She started taking lessons in swimming at the age of four old and continued to do so for 10 more. She participated in numerous events, but wasn't as dedicated as she wasn't ready to be put on an incredibly strict diet to ensure her body would be able to give all it can. The attractive look of her and shapely physique earned her a lot of attention during her high school years. But it is unknown the extent to which Ashley dated anyone at the period of time. Ashley completed her studies and determined to not go at a the college. Instead, Ashley focused her energy towards a job as a fitness model. Ashley realized that she wasn't happy with the appearance of her body at the age of 15. Encouraged by her grandfather she began going to the gym but took his suggestions and started slowly she didn't know she was going to be spending the next 9 years building her physique and slowly becoming an fitness celebrity. Ashley's win inspired her to compete in the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. The team finished in seventh place and considered this to be an underperformance. It led to Ashley push herself to be better. Following her fifth-place finish at the 2014 WBFF World Championships, Ashley decided to stop competing. As she competed she got offers for photoshoots but she was not looking to mix careers. Once she quit but she took the choice to be a model. When she was featured on the front page of an acclaimed fitness magazine she was in a position to begin her fitness modeling career as she signed with an agency for modeling. Since then she's an internationally renowned model and has been a part of numerous bikini labels and world-renowned clothing brands.
